Hi Bek, I am very sorry that the parcels take a long time to arrive. Aramex is one of the cheapest providers and hence they are slower especially when delivering outside of metro areas (usually anywhere between 3-14 business days).
We are aware that Aramex can be slow, but due to enormous shipping costs these days, we want to offer our customers affordable options even if it takes longer time to deliver.
We offer other courier services also which you can pick upon your checkout. I would recommend ordering Australia Post as the shipping provider for your next purchase - it will be much much quicker, even regular shouldn't be more than 3-4 business days. We also offer express options that are super quick (1-2 business days) and can also often deliver overnight.
I am so sorry once again, I am hoping that we can gain a better star rating (perhaps 2 or 3? :) ☺️ Given courier deliveries are out of control and we have worked tirelessly for the past 2 months to get better and cheaper shipping options available for our customers.
P.S You can also contact us directly so we can follow up with Aramex and speed up the process. I already lodged an enquiry with them and they usually delivery very quickly after that.
