You don’t need an account to purchase with Paper Boss. However, if you wish to store your purchase history and receive points, discounts & rewards – we recommend opening an account with us.
There are two easy ways:
- You can create an account by clicking on the ”My account” button on the top right corner of this page. Then click “Register” .
- Click on the the green “Rewards” button on the left side of this page, then click on “Create account” and then “Register”.

You will receive an email with tracking information. If you haven’t received an email from us, please check your junk folder. If you still cannot find our tracking information email, please email us to hello@paperboss.com.au

Anyone can order from Paper Boss. Whether you are a hobbyist, a start up or an established business.

If your order is urgent or you need items by a specific date, please contact us BEFORE placing your order to check if we can meet your deadline.
If we are able to ship your order urgently, please note that courier deliveries are out of our control and sometime there may be delays. We are not liable for shipments which do not arrive at the expected time.

By proceeding with an online order with Paper Boss, you are agreeing to an automatic ‘authority to leave’ if your delivery address is unattended.
You can provide additional delivery instructions such as ‘leave on front door step’ or ‘leave at backdoor under carport’. Please note that our courier is unable to contact you prior to delivery or deliver at a specific time.

If we have not delivered what you ordered, we would like to help you resolve the problem. Please send us an email to hello@paperboss.com.au
All claims for incorrectly delivered items must be received within 5 days from the date of receiving the goods.

We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find that one of our products is faulty, we would like to help you resolve the problem.
Returns will be accepted for products purchased online if they are faulty. All claims for faulty or incorrectly delivered items must be received within 5 days from the date of receiving the goods.
Paper Boss will ask you to provide further information or photographs via email to help us assess your situation and to help resolve the issue as fast as possible.
All online purchases claimed as faulty will need to be sent back to Paper Boss for an official assessment by the Paper Boss team.

Please contact us as soon as possible. If we haven’t dispatched your product, we we will be able to correct your address on our system.
However, if you order has been picked up by the courier, we will try our best to redirect it.

If you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you wish to add my items to your order, please note there may be additional shipping charge due to increase of weight on your order.

We usually make pre-order available that we know will be back in stock within a few weeks. We will notify on the product page if the items is available for back orders.

Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after your order is processed. In total, you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
