Returns, refunds and exchanges
General returns
We will accept return requests on any of our items, however it must be returned to our warehouse in 100% saleable condition within 30 days to qualify for a full refund. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To return your items, please send the back to our return address: PO BOX 8031, Carrum Downs, VIC 3201. Please include an original packing slip or a note with your name and order number when you return items back to us.
Returns on damaged items
If your items have arrived damaged the we will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You are not charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. All we request is notification upon receipt of goods and the return of damaged or defective product. We will supply you with a return label.
Any damaged or defective products must be notified and approved for return within 7 business days of receipt to qualify for a full refund. We are unable to accept Damaged or Defective claims after 7 business days from date of receipt. Arrangements to return the Goods should be made within thirty (30 days) of receipt of the goods.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sale and seconds items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale and seconds items cannot be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you ordered a wrong size and would like to exchange to a different size, please place a new order on our online store and send your wrong sized items back to us for a refund. Our return address is PO BOX 8031, Carrum Downs, VIC 3201. Please include an original packing slip or a note with your name and order number when you return wrong sized items back to us.
You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
